About a minute after that is when I started to realize these people were representing countries. (I had no clue the Greek guy was Greek, though on second viewing I noticed the music hint). Some of the Youtube "this video is racist" commenters apparently never got it.

The blue and white outfit clued me in right away. I like that it is subtle. The wife's German accent isn't over the top, the Greek guy was playing a guitar not a bouzouki, the Spanish/Italian/Portuguese girl wasn't in a mantilla or eating pizza, etc. but they still pegged each stereotype.
