If you plug a set of extreme constraints into your model, you often do not arrive at a feasible solution. But, to be clear, I don't blame women for the failure of these men. To the contrary, the manner in which the men carried it out is the whole issue. They adopted an approach that, while well intentioned (I would maintain), clearly failed to achieve the objective. I guess I just don't feel the need to rub salt in their wounds.
