Okay, I'm sorry but I'm *really* not buying that there is a whole group of guys out there, entirely unselfish, doing good deeds to women without any ulterior motives, and that all their efforts land them *worse off* than before (obviously without any friendship or even a kind word), and this is all the fault of the women, and not in any way connected to how they carried it out. Somewhere in this equation there is a link that simply doesn't correspond with any human reality. Single individuals may act in a shitty way to other single individuals (of either sex), but that this should be a societal issue, is rather ridiculous.
