This art is just so subtle and multi-layered that it needed captions being put across these masterpieces, to explain what's going on (there are also explanatory blurbs popping up above each archetypal character depicted on his website, all you have to do is hover the mouse slowly over them).



It's One Nation Under God, because Jesus came down to Earth and brought us the Constitution! Notice the Mr Hollywood archetype on the bottom-right corner? What a smug asshole! How dare he.

That first one has a very clear message: Blacks are taking over at the expense of white people. It's right out of Act II from Birth of a Nation where DW Griffith depicts blacks taking over the south during reconstruction.

I love this guy's work, kind of in the same way I love Chick Tracts. It's all just so over the top and laughably conspiratorial. And I love his dominionist Aragorn Jesus of Gondor. The evil college professor and female LAMESTREAM MEDIA reporter are nice touches. And the pregnant woman, with her hand so tellingly outstretched. You can tell she's thinking: "Gee, I was all excited about getting an abortion. ALL the COOL kids are getting them! But now that I see that other woman near Jesus holding her baby, I'm thinking twice! I had NO IDEA that Jesus didn't like abortions! I'm totally rethinking my life!"

I like the paintings. They're very interesting. I have to say the first one with Obama stepping all over the Constitution impressed me a lot.
