Erin Pizzey tells her own story.

Ok, that is the link.
Me? I reckon she did the right thing.
I am not sure what benefit I might have gained from blowing up Biba, a store in london - but if her refuges had been there for my mother, it certainly would have helped.
I am suprised that some feminists still attack her - and no, I don't subscribe to Harriet Harman's view that men cannot contribute anything to the family.

But what's your take on Erin Pizzey, I wonder?

Social problems, like what.

Rape, robbery, cheating, perjuries, etc.

Like anyone cares about your God, save for those few religious fundies.

Just because you don't care doesn't mean no one cares. And it's not just your despised fundies. And it's not just my God.

On the other hand, isn't organized religion also a nice means of control?

No, not really. But those who don't know how it works like to think so because they only understand how secular politics works and assume it's like that.

You mean rape, robbery, cheating, perjuries etc are done by those without a religion? Really? You mean religious people can't do those? Which planet do you live on?

I don't despise anybody. And I'd appreciate if they don't despise me and stop preaching to me and telling me what to do with my life.

No, not really.

Because centuries of history under the domination of religious institutions shows otherwise, huh?

No, that's not what I said.

I don't despise anybody.

Your comment above says otherwise.

Because centuries of history under the domination of religious institutions shows otherwise, huh?

Yes, that's a misunderstanding of history.
