In my utopia breast augmentation surgery will be outlawed (save for procedures done for illness reasons) on two grounds:

1) It's a waste of valuable resources*
2) They look bad

Discuss.


*In my dream utopia, healthcare is not only "free" (well, Universal) it's also mandatory

I don't care if you choose people who have the same genitals as you, or different, or both. Doesn't matter to me.

You were defining homosexuality in the comment I was responding to. Here you're just stating that you don't care who a person chooses as s sexual partner. The two have almost nothing to do with each other.

The point remains: people choose their sexual partners (or it is rape, which is, obviously, impermissible, ergo, homosexuals [like heterosexuals] choose who they have sex with)
