A teenage boy passing an elderly woman struggling with heavy bags on the stairs leading down to the subway took the bags from her, ran them to the bottom and then ran back up to help her down the stairs.
A man passing a homeless woman digging in a garbage can and unprompted gave her $20.
A man who when he got to the counter at the coffee shop realized the previous person had left their wallet so he grabbed it and chased after him. And yes, we all let him back to the front of the line when he returned although he didn't ask, just got in place at the back.
And our entire city has come together to search for an injured doggie (http://www.globaltoronto.com/injured+dog/6442613382/story.html) who needs medical help.
