Me? I see him as the anti-christ who is going to eat my children, spit them out into eternal hellfire and then devour my soul as he laughs his Muslim laugh.

sure Obama might not support gay marriage--but instead of taking a step in the wrong direction (prohibit gay marriage) he went positive and wanted to end an incorrect practice in the military.

I'm saying that, were circumstances different, I believe Bush would have pushed for its repeal. Bush has still done more for gay rights (http://minnesotaindependent.com/21528/bush-signs-gay-rights-bill) than any other President so far.

Can you think of anyone better? The US's records on gay rights are an overall sad state of affairs, after all.

We'll see if Obama doesn't make inroads. Give him time. He did come to the job with some major issues to deal with. DADT is a start; if he gets till 2016 (as I expect) we can talk then about how Obama vs Bush on gay rights looks.
