Obama is a....

boggart.

I realized this recently, but it makes so much sense.

What do you seem Obama as?

Me? I see him as the anti-christ who is going to eat my children, spit them out into eternal hellfire and then devour my soul as he laughs his Muslim laugh.

"A boggart is a shape-shifter that takes on the form of its intended victim's worst fear" for anyone who didnt read the books/see the movies

Obama may get a second term, then his political career will end. He's no anti-christ.

What do I see him as?

A mediocrity in a time that calls for a leader of near-Mary Sue proportions of skills.

I meant to download the entire HP series but I never did. I may, one day.

During the campaign they were saying he was the Democrats' answer to Reagan. I think they were right.

A gifted, but out of touch, orator?

[identity profile] the-rukh.livejournal.com 2010-04-10 08:01 pm (UTC)(link)
He's a politician, a pretty charismatic speaker, and has some good experience with getting opposing sides to sit down and come to agreement, which he's been trying to put to use.

A boggart, a shapeshifter, is a good description of Obama. He's demonstrated that he has long been a cynic who will say anything to anybody to get elected. Once you've served your purpose, he shows no loyalty whatsoever.

How funny! Someone posted the icon version of this last week and I swiped it. Quit reading my mind!

I respect Obama as a human being, but as the leader of our country, I see him as:
- Someone who supports infanticide (see his votes concerning the Born Alive Infant Protection Act when he was in the Ill. Senate)
- Inexperienced
- Prone to knee-jerk reactions (re: The arrest of Robert Gates - "I don't know all the details of it, so I can't comment..." 5 seconds later "The police acted stupidly."
- Focuses too much on race
- An intruder on free media (i.e. his appointment of Mark Lloyd as Diversity Czar for the FCC, someone who saw Chavez's takeover of media in Venezuela as a "great revolution" and thinks net neutrality laws are fantastic; his attempted banning of FOX News from press events)
- Someone with Socialist/Marxist/Uber-Progressive friends who he appoints to various positions in Washington even though they may be unsuited for them and even though he claims to have a diverse staff.
- Someone willing to throw his so-called friends under the bus at the drop of a hat (i.e. Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers).
- A man with a sense of entitlement, who's promoted those feelings to his constituency.
- A product of the typical Chicago, do-whatever-it-takes thug-ocracy.

I'm sure there's plenty more to say about him, but I'm running on about 3 hours sleep and that's the best I can do right now.

He can't be all four.

Sure he can, it's a mystery. Kind of like the trinity.
