I fail to see how the OP in question can be victimized if the other OP was specifically talking about the GOP. It's a bit extreme to identify with labels that far, don't you think? The GOP isn't a monolithic entity, but there are certain positions that have majority support that you can criticize.

Anyway, this is irrelevant to my original point that this is certainly not 'turn-about'.
