This is really dumb, and I'd like to see everyone in this comm agree that the owner of this store is violating the law and discriminating unjustly. That is my view, if there is another view out there, please, share it with me.

If you are white I know some places where you won't get service. Or places where if you only speak English it is nearly impossible to get service.

All I'm saying is, it does happen, but not because one is a Republican, that is reserved strictly for family :D

What places are those? I'm not trying to make any absolute statements because boy oh boy do those get picked apart, but there are probably orders of magnitude between this happening for non-English speaking non-whites.

Oh, I don't disagree about the order of magnitude.
Mostly just restruants I've been in (or not been in as the case may be) in certain areas of Los Angeles.
It's more like "hat" said, there are bars you CAN go into, but it's not wise.

Well there's also the case of gay bars, where it's designed for men/women who don't want to be hit on by the opposite sex. Technically you can go to a gay bar if you're straight and it's fine as long as you don't go against what it's designed for, although I'm sure some gays would take offense to you being there.
