A responsible Government would teach communities to look after themselves and allow them the tools and the social machinery to do it. Americans complain about FEMA, and I sense the same problem here. The Police and the Government belong to Those In Charge, not us, the tax payers.

Give me my own first aid kit, my own riot stick and the rest of the goods. let me set up a committee in my own street and let us elect our own officers, let us have the space and the right to talk to others up and down the land and we will see who runs the streets that the police have abandoned for political reasons.

We don't k need to fight the Germans in this day and age, we don't just need to fight the hoodies - we need to fight the irresponsible governments who set up the system that produces a generation of rioters and keeps them in place.
