People like Joe Scarborough, Peggy Noonan, etc. have a serious vested interest in attacking Palin. They are parts of opposing camps that are wrestling control of the GOP right now, so why be surprised when they're at odds with one another? It's like fights between environmentalist liberals and union Democrats.
