I think that the answer is ' yes, the guy is a liberal, but more centrist than left of centre. maybe he is right of centre a bit. he is certainly no leftie by brit Standards. We Brits invented Socialism, and we gave it to the world. he ain't no Socialist, I have seen the real thing.
