Frankly I read the whole post as a sort of tough satire. So I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I cannot imagine someone seriously trying to find all sorts of excuses for not having children and seeking for reasons and explanations elsewhere other than within themselves. If that were serious, then it would be a very disingenuous thing.
