Though I think you over-estimate your Facebook college friends and under-estimate the power of nationalistic propaganda. In any case, I can't imagine what sort of self-involved trust-fund baby would protest defending South Korea from North Korea. It isn't Iraq or Afghanistan. We have commitments. The idea that people will rally against this is just... well... maybe I'm too idealistic.
