Sorry, but the tune to "Proud to be an American" jumped into my head, only altered "I'm proud to be an Acadian, ou je sais que je suis pas libre. Et a tout le monde, il n'y a pas de difference entre moi et Quebecois..." OK so it borked the rhyme scheme and you have to sing some parts pretty quickly, AND I dropped a "ne" for flow, AND my french is pretty rusty, AND this keyboard doesn't like making proper accents, but it amused me. I had an Acadien French teacher in high school who once pulled a guy over a counter in France for calling his accent "quaint" and gave him a linguistics lesson in why la francais acadien was closer to French's roots than modern French. He was a pretty amusing fellow.
