British landmines seldom kill an individual AFAIK. It's mostly the cheap foreign made landmines which take out the civvies. Cluster bombs aren't that bad. Really insignificant in terms of civilian casualties.

If you want to stop innocents from dying due to the international arms trade. Go after the guys supplying the stuff that kills mainly civilians. Go after China and Russia.
