You said that I am taxed based on my actions. When I have to pay a debtor that's because I owe them money. When I damage someones property - I have to pay the damages. When I rent something - I pay the renter for the use. What actions constitute paying to the government?

If not fairness, than just whatever majority says you have to pay?
