Russian orthodoxe church
Just now russian officials are talking about church in schoole. Many russian orthodoxes want church to be in schole, but Russia is the country with many religions. So they decided to study in schole different religions and not as religions, but as culture. And yet we have "Basis of orthodoxe culture". This is an experience to study religion in irreligious society. I have up my mind and i think there is no point in arguing. It is very interesting and useful idea.

Here in San Francisco...
It's too bad we don't have a comparative religion class in our public schools. It would probably help youngsters to better understand the other cultures that they find present in their own city.
As for teaching orthodoxy in Russian schools, that's what churches are for. If they can't get people to come in to their programs, perhaps they should consider the Buddy Christ (http://louisebowmanonline.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/buddy_christ.jpg).
