Comparisons are inevitable, and Canada typically gets compared to the United States.

Canada 37,244 cases per million, 693 deaths per million, 972,896 tests per million

United States 103,964 per million 1,867 deaths per million, 1,528,918 tests per million

In terms of results, Canada is doing much better than the US, but it probably needs more tests. Tests aren't results of course, but more tests do paint a more accurate picture.
