The DNI has said the hard drive is not related to Russia, but at this point - maybe the Biden campaign keeping quiet while Dems blame 'Russia!' is the best strategy.

Trump has a little under 2 weeks to make this a big deal, Biden has a little under 2 weeks to keep that from happening.
