Is there anyone - other than Putin or Navalny - that could be truly useful to the Russian people in getting themselves into a less painful state? I'm not talking about a "single messiah figure" type of person here, but groups of people actively putting in work to, at worst, keep things from getting much worse and, at best, to pull them out of this very bad downhill slide.
