Well, I do believe I've covered the topic to an extent that's as exhaustive as it could possibly be as far as my "competence" is concerned. Beyond that, the further you proceed with the questioning, the more I could go into a cyclical repetition of points that I've already laid out, I'm afraid.

Not to mention that this whole sub-thread has been one huge tangent that has been straying ever further away from the actual topic of this post, namely the Ukrainian arms industry, and the US plans of weapons supplies to Ukraine.
