It depends upon what you mean by "wage discrimination." If you mean that women, just like men, are discriminated against for being less productive than some higher wage earner, then yes, hell yes, wage discrimination exists. Employers discriminate in wage payment based upon productivity results and the product of the wage holder's job. Big surprise.
