I was asking about stoves and refrigerators, not microwaves. If 25% of poor households didn't have a refrigerator, this would make sense. You said "many many people do not have easy access to supermarkets or refrigerators from which to buy/store those frozen vegetables." Are you saying the 0.1% of households are "many many"?

I'm also not using the heritage foundation's study, it's not honest as far as I'm concerned.
