You have not (and cannot) provided any citation that show the republicans offered anything that wasn't contingent on ACA, nor to support your wild assertion that blue team wanted and created this shutdown. And you're apparently ignoring all the evidence to the contrary. To even consider that bizzaro view, I would have to ignore all the tea party repubs beaming with pride over the shutdown they worked to make happen.
