Apparently, Lots of Libertarians Don't Think Women are People Either

So The Mercatus, a right-wing think tank, has declared North Dakota -- which recently passed an incredibly restrictive anti-abortion law, one of the free-est of all the fifty states

Once again, we see that when right wing libertarians use the word "liberty," they're using their own extra-special definition of it. As Salon has pointed out reproductive freedom apparently isn't even entered into the calculations,

Women, you see, just don't count.

But you're totally not the teacher here.

Because that implies actually teaching me something.

I don't doubt that you're unwilling to betray your usual habit of ascribing things to people you barely know.

For someone who doesn't care, you seem to be too willing to make assumptions about actions that you know nothing about.

I frankly don't care how you treat me.

Like I said, I don't care what you know or don't know. You felt compelled to insert yourself in the middle of my conversation, feel free to stay true to your own habit and assume whatever you like. Maybe I'll feel a little amused for a time.

Have you been trying to be funny? You failed.

It's a little silly to characterize what you're trying to do with me as a "conversation," don't you think?

I'm not the one evoking people who are not even here, nor have I put you in an imaginary middle school. I just asked if you're so very scared of Htpcl that you had to voice your concerns that he'd do something terrible to you - several times. Care to answer to the actual question?

All right, I think that's been more than enough. You were given enough time to stop doubling down. Step back or go on and do hurt yourself. Your choice.

No kidding. For some reason, [livejournal.com profile] luvdovz's attempts to insult me invariably remind me of the awkward competitions kids used to have in middle school, insulting one another in ever-harsher terms.

It's kind of like walking past a loudly territorial toy breed - it's endearing, in a way, to watch.

Because your chasing of Bdj all around the place bordering on obsessive-compulsive behavior, and your repetitive concern about Htpcl coming to smack you for merely uttering something, are not equally, if not even more adorable?
