Proper context matters. Look at the first comment in the thread. it seems to me that there are all ready copious restrictions on the use of tobacco, alcohol, other drugs, motor vehicles and medical care. People are screened from using these things by criteria like age, mental disposition, level of training, prior bad acts, and the like. This can only be referring to buying something from a store, as that's the only place screening for any of those things takes place. Get a clue, and take back your slander.
