Crowdsourcing constitutions. Crazy and awesome.

(At the risk of being "my country-centric", it makes wonder about that kind of sweepng change/reform/reenvisioning happening here in the U.S. I fear that the polarization, the scale would make it impossible here - but Iceland's progress makes me wonder about what might be possible anyway.)

More broadly, though, what an amazing testament to the human ability to work together to get things done in the face of crisis. Even with the challenges ahead and obvious missteps going on even now, I've got to have tremendous respect for the willingness of everyone to at least try this. I'm really hoping for their success.

I'm finding this whole ongoing Iceland story really fascinating. Thanks for making these posts about it.
