And how exactly it puts me under my boss' control?
Workers may stop working but you don't say they have power over the employer. Why?
And, as I mentioned below, "vote for XXX of I fire you" doesn't make sense cause the boss doesn't know your vote.
Any other "power" you have in your sleeve?
