I can understand it as an insurance thing IF it's the pill to regulate for health reasons; however, if it's just to prevent pregnancy (which is implied in your last sentence) and the cost is $3000 for a law school career (2-3 years?) (which she says in part of the testimony I heard) at say, a dollar a condom... When does one find the time to study?
