Well, I'm not quite sure the right automatically wins on mandates they think are bad, but they sure have a better shot than taking the angle that's been used by Rush et. al. On the overall view, if *I* was a campaigner on the right, I'd truly try to focus more on positive and hopeful angles on policies. There is such a dismal lack of that, I think it's getting to people who aren't all that political even. Other than that, I agree.
